Welcome to Converiqo AI, a product of Mobiloitte AI IT Solutions, UAE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, products, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using Converiqo AI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

• Comply with all applicable local, regional, and international laws (including UAE PDPL, GDPR, DPDP India, and others).
• Not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload our systems.
• Respect intellectual property rights of Mobiloitte and third parties.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Certain features require a paid subscription.
• You agree to pay all applicable fees as per the chosen plan.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Prices are subject to change, but you will be notified in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

• Converiqo AI, its modules, designs, algorithms, and branding are the exclusive property of Mobiloitte AI IT Solutions, UAE.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Integrations with Third-Party Services

• Converiqo AI may integrate with third-party applications (CRM, ERP, HRMS, communication tools, etc.).
• Use of such integrations is at your discretion and subject to third-party terms.
• We are not responsible for failures, data loss, or breaches arising from third-party services.

8. Data Privacy & Security

• Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no system is fully secure.
• You are responsible for ensuring lawful use of Converiqo AI in your jurisdiction.

9. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted Services.
• Maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may temporarily limit availability.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Converiqo AI and Mobiloitte AI IT Solutions, UAE are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms.
• You misuse the Services.
• Required by law or regulatory obligations.

You may terminate your subscription at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Disputes shall be resolved amicably, failing which they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dubai, UAE.
